Personalised digital products and services
All digital products, written summaries, readings, and personalised services are non-refundable once work has started or the item has been delivered.
Personalised physical products
These items are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved returns will receive replacement items or refunds.
Non-personalised physical products
If your item is not personalised, you may request a return in line with UK consumer law. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Important:
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Once a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address privately via email.
